I love eating healthy and I love fruits, however I dont like papaya that much but since I read that papaya increases your milk supply, I thought making a smoothie would be a great idea. This recipe is so deliciuos I hope that people try it amd see how tasty it is.
Ingredients
2 cups of soymilk
1 1/2 cups of Papaya cubed
1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp sugar
A pinch of fresh grated nutmeg
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together and add ice as desired.
Tips: For an extra boost you can add brewer's yeast to increase your milk supply.
* Makes 2 servings
